Her struggling mother tries to provide rent, and food through small jobs like selling avocados and washing clothes.  Benitha’s Mom day dreams of seeing her healthy, educated, and with a better future. Without a miracle of a sponsor coming along Benitha, this is far from happening.

David’s father left due to family conflict, leaving the children in the care of their relatives. Two of his siblings now live with their grandmother, & all the children are unable to attend school. Their mother survives by working in other people’s gardens but often struggles to secure enough food. David needs support to continue his education.
